About Us
Patriot Foundry & Castings is an industry-leading nonferrous company specializing in top-quality sand castings of bronze, aluminum, and zinc-based alloys. Our rigid documented procedures and lean production methods guarantee our customers truly world-class, consistent, repeatable, and cost-effective products. We’re a job shop capable of producing anywhere from one to thousands of products for our clients.
We differ from other foundries in that a large percentage of our castings contain multiple materials. We routinely pour metal alloys around heating elements, copper tubing, cast iron parts, and steel inserts/parts. In addition to delivering top-quality castings, we also provide other value-added foundry casting services, including pattern design/production, heat treating, annealing, machining, powder coating, painting, anodizing, and assembling for finished parts.
Our nonferrous foundry opened its doors in 1984. Our foundrymen learned their craft from the famed Concord Stage Coach Company. Their experience in this proud New England tradition guarantees expertise and quality in the castings they produce. We work with companies large and small in a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, biotech, electronics, firefighting, food services, imaging, instrumentation, lighting, marine/dock hardware, material handling, medical, packaging, power/hand tools, statuary services, and water services.
Debbi and Chris Leuteritz purchased the foundry in 2008. Both members of this husband and wife team came from engineering and consulting backgrounds and dedicated themselves to providing top-notch customer service and problem solutions. They converted the facility into a state-of-the-art operation and invested heavily into the company’s infrastructure.
February 2021, Reg Zeller, CEO of Ermak Foundry & Machining, acquired Patriot Foundry & Castings and RDS Dock Hardware. The acquisition furthers both foundrys’ mission to grow local manufacturing and marries small companies’ flexibility with large conglomerates’ quality and efficiency and allows both foundries to scale operations, invest in new technologies, and expand customer-focused entities footprint across the country.
